The word Deuteronomy means 2nd Law. The book gives the teachings that Moses gave the new generation Israelites right before they entered the promised land. It restates the laws given to the Israelites in the Desert and focuses on why they should follow the laws, namely out of gratitude for God's love. I've divided the book into 4 sections.
